Decompression, a non-surgical approach for cervical and lumbar disc herniation.

If you are in pain due to the Cervical or Lumbar disc hernia there may be a non-surgical approach: the decompression treatment. This method will cause the disc spaces to be opened and tractioned allowing the pressure to be removed from the nerve roots, reducing and possibly eliminating pain and numbness.
